1. The employer has not effectively developed or implemented an Infectious Disease Preparedness and Response Plan. Employees were potentially exposed to other employees positive for COVID-19 and were not quarantined or sent to get tested. 2. Contact tracing was not done with employees who were in close contact to another employee positive for COVID-19. 3. The employer has not provided adequate sanitization at the facility, including common areas as well as work areas, after confirmed COVID-19 positive cases.
