On December 18, 2019 bathroom lines collapsed and backed raw sewage up into the building. The clean-up was insufficient, carpet was not disinfected. Approximately 2 months later, 2 portable bathrooms and a wash station that pumped out freezing cold brown water was provided. Month 3 is approaching and still nothing is being done. Employees cannot wash their hands before they eat or after they eat and or any time they need to which is imperative now with the coronavirus outbreak.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 15
