1. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to employees wearing face coverings. Employees do not wear the face masks, which has caused a spread of the COVID-19 virus from employee to employee. The office has had 15 confirmed COVID-19 cases. 2. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to social distancing between employees and the public. 3. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to symptom assessments. Temperature assessments are not being conducted.
