1. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to social distancing between employees and the public. Blackjack and gaming tables do not have barriers or allow for social distancing between employees and the public. 2. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to persons/patrons wearing face coverings while in the Employer's establishment. Customers are allowed to remove their mask to smoke while within 6 feet of employees. 3. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to maintaining a minimum 6-feet of separation between persons/patrons in public spaces.
