1. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to events being held in the library. A board meeting is held at the library on a monthly basis on the second Monday of the month since June at approximately 11 am. One board member and the County Liaison refuse to wear a face mask during the board meeting potentially exposing the staff to the COVID-19 virus. Staff has asked the two attendees to wear their face masks and they have refused. The meeting information is posted on the library website at pahrump.org.
