1. The employer is not complying with the Governor's covid-19 mask mandate for employees to wear face coverings. On three occasions, June 14, August 16, and September 6, 2020, employees were observed by other employees not wearing masks. Management was informed on each occasion; however management has done nothing and insists employees do not need to wear masks at all inside the building. Management also told the employee to stop coming into the office and reporting the mandate violations.
