1. On May 25, 2020, an employee informed the employer that they had been out of state and had a family member with COVID-19 symptoms. The employee continued working, potentially exposing other employees and clients to COVID-19, until May 29, 2020 when the employee's family member's test result came back positive. The employee, in return, potentially exposed the other employees and clients in the establishment during those four days.
