T8CCR 3205(c)(8)(C)(2)- The drivers are allowed to go inside the shop to use the restroom. The area is not being cleaned after their use and trucks are not sanitized before they are brought into the shop. T8CCR 3205(c)(3)(B)(3)- The shop is having an outbreak caused by one of the employees who contracted COVID-19 and the exposed employees are not being informed of their exposure. T8CCR 3205(c)(3)(B)- Employees have tested positive for COVID-19 since 12/29/20 and not all employees who had contact to the positive individuals were sent to get tested. A place is not being provided for employees to get tested nor covering the fees.Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 1
