I was a medical assistant at the office working in the back room. Sometimes I had to come and work with the doctor seeing patients. We had gloves when I was coming to the front office but otherwise no PPE was provided to us. I got sick on March 24th and on March 26th I tested positive for COVID-19. I told my manager about it the same day. I do not know if they reported it or not. I am sure I got it from the office because we had an old patient that said she has it or had it and was not wearing a mask when I was at the room. Referred to Labor Commissioner - They did not pay me vacation time and there was no paycheck for me. T8CCR 3203 and 5199 - No face mask provided to employee to prevent exposure to COVID-19.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 1
