1. It was reported to OSHA that the employer allowed employees with COVID-19 infections to work at the location and did not inform other employees of the COVID-19 outbreak. It was alleged that the employer has not implemented measures at the workplace to prevent the spread of COVID-19. This is contrary to Section 5(a)(1) of the OSH Act. 2. It was reported to OSHA that the employer does not ensure that electrical panel are readily accessible as they are regularly blocked by pallets.
