1. An employee was coerced into withdrawing the complaint they filed with MIOSHA. 2. Company has a COVID-19 policy but does not enforce it. 3. Management says that employees who file complaints will be fired. 4. Mask wearing and social distancing is not enforced in the facility (i.e. warehouse workers and truck drivers seldom wear masks). 5. Individuals expressing COVID-19 symptoms are not required to quarantine or get tested before returning to work (i.e. CFO). 6.
