1. The employer instructed an employee who tested positive for COVID-19 to finish their shift although they were working alongside a resident. 2. Another employee was exposed to the above employee and became symptomatic but was still instructed to report to work. 3. The rapid COVID tests used to test patients are not accurate. An employee received multiple rapid tests from the employer which all returned negative results. However, this employee later tested positive at Sparrow the same day. 4. Other proper COVID-19 precautions are not taken.Alleged Hazards: 4, Employees Exposed: 1
