'- During the week of September 14 through September 17, 2020 an employee came down with covid-19. The employee worked Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The employee developed symptoms of a scratchy throat and fever on Friday/Saturday. On Monday, the employee received a covid-19 positive test result. The employee does not wear a mask daily. - Management denied they would clean the building or tell patients that an employee that contracted covid-19. - Management does not enforce employees to wear a mask. - Employees have a 30-minute meeting together every morning without wearing masks. - Employees are uncomfortable discussing their desire to quarantine for two weeks to ensure the safety of themselves and their patients.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-09-23
