'- Masks are not worn when unable to social distance in such areas as the office common spaces, individual attorney offices, staff desks, copier area, answering the front door, and walking in the hall to the public restroom. - The office copier and counter work area are reportedly cleaned every morning but have not observed any scheduled or routine cleaning of common office equipment before or after use, including conference rooms open to the public. - No employee training on covid-19 has been provided or scheduled. - Employees are not required to conduct a daily entry self-screening. - On September 3, 2020, a staff member greeted a client at the front door without wearing a mask.
