'- Store manager instructed employees not to deny customers who do not wear a mask; the manager has serviced customers that do not wear a mask. - The employer does not require employees to wear a mask. The employees are supposed to wear their masks when they are in the building, but many employees do not. - The store manager does not wear a mask before the store is open (to the public) when other employees are present in the building. - About 10% of the customers enter the store without a mask. - Employees and management refuse to social distance. - As of 9/12/2020 management informed employees that a coworker has covid-19. Employees do not know if they had close contact with this coworker and must wait for corporate to inform them. - Employer did not close the store to conduct enhanced cleaning. - The cleaning supplies have been diluted to conserve them. - Employer refuses to install plexiglass shields.
