'- Warehouse employees are not provided with sufficient PPE. The PPE that is available is in poor condition (ripped, zippers do not work, etc.). - No enforcement of face masks. - Inconsistent use of the daily entry self-screening questionnaire. - Hygiene standards have been ignored for the last month (daily required disinfecting of surfaces which regularly have contact with human feces/blood is not performed). - Temperatures in parts of the warehouse equal or exceed 90ºF with no fans provided.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-07-22
