Complaint: Employees are required to wear N95 respirators while caring for patients that were confirmed to be positive for COVID-19 and medical evaluations and fit testing was not done before employees used the N95 respirators. Findings: Employees who were required to wear respirators had received a fit test. The medical evaluation form that was being used was inadequate. Citation issued. Complaint: Employees are using bottles of cleaning products that are not labeled. Findings: The cleaning products used had appropriate labeling. No citation issued. Complaint: Eye wash stations were removed. There are bottles to use to flush eyes if needed but they are not readily available. Findings: No corrosive chemicals were used in the workplace, and therefore no eye wash station is required. No citation issued.Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 70
