The following is occurring at the Micro building. 1. Employees are exposed to slip hazards at the following: machines 962 and 963 leak citric acid and ecd fluid; 908 and 909 leak oil all over the floor; Mangill leaks onto the floor; and the filter press leaks ecd fluid all over the floor. 2. Employees are exposed to ventilation systems air ducts that have residue from a fire as well as dust and oil mist blowing out. 3. The employer is not enforcing the six feet social distancing .Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 76
