1. Employees are not properly trained on the operation of cranes prior to use. Possible OSHA Standard 29 CFR 1910.179 2. Employees are not properly trained on company forklifts prior to use. Possible OSHA Standard 29 CFR 1910.178 3. There is oil on the floor in numerous areas that are not cleaned up. This is a potential slipping hazard. Possible OSHA Standard 29 CFR 1910.22 4. Employees are exposed to vehicle exhaust fumes, such as carbon monoxide, due to vehicles idling too close to the building. Possible OSHA Standard 29 CFR 1910.1200 5. The employer has not implemented the CDC guidelines to address the COVID-19 pandemic. The Employer has failed to enforcing social distancing, and cleaning protocols to address the COVID-19 pandemic.
