1. An employee suffered a needle stick injury when the employee went to dispose of a needle in a sharps container attached to a med cart that was full. 2. The employer fails to provide proper PPE to employees caring for COVID-19 positive resident. PPE is locked up by Administration. COVID-19 tests are being performed without gloves or any other type of PPE except a mask. 3. Alcohol wipes which are used to sanitize expired years ago.
