1. A COVID-19 pandemic plan has not been developed and implemented for employees to include employee wellness checks, quarantining employees, informing employees for possible exposure to the virus, employee returning to work, social distancing, personal protective equipment, disinfecting/sanitizing, and employee training. Employees are not provided face coverings. They were not informed of working with an employee who tested positive for COVID-19. An employee who tested positive for COVID-19 was allowed to return to work because their symptoms for the virus was gone. 2. Employees are denied of getting copies of their COVID-19 results.
