A COVID-19 pandemic plan has not been developed and implemented for employees to include employee wellness checks, disinfecting and sanitizing, social distancing, personal protective equipment, informing employees of possible exposure, employee return to work and employee training. Employees are required to wear face coverings. Employees who worked in direct contact with employees who tested positive for COVID-19 were not informed of possible exposure to the virus. Employees who tested positive for COVID-19 were not quarantined. There were three employees traveling outside the country that could expose other employees.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-12-29
