A COVID-19 pandemic plan has not been developed and implemented for employees to include employee wellness checks, disinfecting and sanitizing, social distancing, personal protective equipment, informing employees of possible exposure, employee return to work and employee training. The employer has not taken any precautionary measure to protect the employees. The employer does not require the use of mask; and, he does not wear a mask. An employee was allowed to continue to work with symptoms of the virus as well as working in direct contact with other employees. They leave up to the employees to quarantine themselves. Employees are touching every surface within the store allowing the virus to spread. One employee is still in the hospital with COVID-19.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-11-05
