Employees could be, or could have been, exposed to the COVID-19 virus in the workplace, due to: 1. Rooms which have been occupied by patients who have been diagnosed with, and/or have died as a result of, a COVID-19 infection, not being properly cleaned and disinfected between patients. 2. On at least one occasion, COVID patients were transported in an elevator which was not subsequently sanitized, contrary to the protocol which existed at the time, which was to take the employees by an exterior route and not go in the elevator.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-02-24
