1.) Employees are required to use half mask respirators which are damaged. Half mask respirators with chemical cartridges are used for protection from airborne hazardous substances. 2.) Employees who have recently tested positive for COVID-19 have been told by the employer to return to work as soon as possible instead of following the 14 day quarantine period. COVID-19 positive employees have worked with and around other employees. Employees working near COVID-19 positive employees have not been instructed or allowed to quarantine according to CDC guidelines.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-03-17
