1. Employees are being exposed to overcrowded conditions in the lobby. An excess of customers are permitted into the lobby and waiting areas preventing adequate social distancing. 2. The Employer is not following CDC guidelines by not enforcing the wear and appropriate use of facial coverings by customers in the facility, potentially exposing employees. 3.
