Employees are not keeping the 6' social distancing and they are not wearing masks. Employees are working on a boat "Barring Hope" and the guardrails are broken or missing. The boat is on land and it has an approximately 100' drop off on the sides. There are tripping hazards everywhere such as big pieces of pipe. There are open holes.
