1. There is no fire alarm system in place for this location. 2. All of the exit doors and all of the exit routes are blocked throughout the fulfillment center. 3. The employer is not conducting daily surveys of changes to staff/labor health conditions during the covid-19 pandemic. There is no type of symptom monitoring for the employees. 4.
