1. Multiple employees tested positive for COVID-19 and the employer did not inform employees of any potential exposure. Every morning all employees are required to participate in a team meeting within the lobby and/or cubicle area where multiple employees come in direct contact with one another. The three employees who tested positive were quarantined individually but no one else who came in contact with those three employees was notified of their potential exposure. 2. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to sanitizing high-touch surfaces after each use. The normal cleaning crew only takes out trash and cleans the restrooms, no additional cleaning or cleaning of any high touch surfaces, has taken place since the three employees tested positive for COVID-19. HAZARD LOCATION: Throughout, including lobby and cubicle area. 2/9/2021 RWAlleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 1
