1. The employer is not following the Governor's directives for COVID-19. Cleaning and disinfecting of high touch surfaces is not conducted as required. 2. Employees who have direct exposure to COVID are still allowed to work. 3. Employees are not being allowed to take off work to have a COVID test conducted.
