1. The emergency exit doors are padlocked and/or electronically locked to prevent theft, but create a fire/emergency evacuation hazard. The front doors have computer boxes placed in front of them thereby blocking ease of entry and egress as well. 2. Soap and hand sanitizer are not available to employees. 3. The employer is not enforcing their own COVID-19 policy, in regards to social distancing and sanitizing high-touch surfaces. 4. The employer allowed a manager to come into work from May 10, 2020 to May 16, 2020 while showing symptoms of COVID-19, including coughing. The employer did not require the manager to go home or wear a mask. 5. Employees are concerned that the cleaning crew is not properly trained to disinfect and clean workstations, in regards to COVID-19 hazards. 6. Employees are concerned that the employer has only decontaminated the USAA section of the call center floor, but has not decontaminated the Costco or Equifax areas. 7. Employees are concerned that they were not promptly advised that a manager tested positive for COVID-19. Employees were informed of the positive test and potential exposure approximately 1 week after the manager was out of the building. Hazard Location: Throughout the property.Alleged Hazards: 7,
