1. The employer has had a positive COVID-19 case in the facility. The employee has not been in the facility since April 16th. 2. Employees are concerned with how late the employer is informing employees of exposure cases and the manner in which they are being informed. 3. Employees are concerned about the employer's treatment of confirmed positive COVID-19 cases in the workplace and believe this facility is non-essential and should not be open. 4. Employees are concerned that leave requests are being denied, in spite of the Nevada Labor Commissioners COVID-19 leave guidance. 5.
