1. There are approximately 100+ people in the building, and COVID-19 social distancing is not possible. 2. Employees are concerned that work from home spots are being assigned based on work performance. 3. Employees are concerned that the employer is not following COVID-19 sick leave guidance. 4. Employer security guards are not trained or qualified to take employee temperatures. 5. All employees with a temperature over 100 degrees are required to go home, even if employees have medical conditions that affect body temperature.
