T8CCR 3205 - Employer is not enforcing the use of masks. A driver has tested positive for COVID-19. The employer started enforcing warehouse employees to wear masks however office employees do not have to wear masks. Employer has not provided gloves; masks were recently provided. Cleaning is not done on a regular basis. T8CCR 3364(b) - The restrooms are not cleaned everyday. The restrooms are cleaned 2 times a week.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 1
