No protocol if a driver tests positive for COVID 19 T8CCR §3328g Overfilled drums on cement mixer trucks susceptible to tipping T8CCR §3380f Drivers in the Inland Empire are purchasing their own safety glasses and gloves T8CCR §5194(g)(8) Employees not provided with Safety Data Sheets for silica None Drivers work excessive hours and are exhausted. Employee are exposed to crystalline silica while the conveyor belt transports wet cement into trucks. Employees told how to sanitize trucks for COVID 19 but not shown how to do it. Employees want the employer to take the temperature of every single person coming into the facility. Employer failed to notify employees in Los Angeles County of COVID 19 positive cases in other counties. Employer would not provide employees with the name of the COVID 19 positive employee
