T8CCR 3205(c)(11)(A). The employer is failing to implement appropriate return to work criteria in that, COVID-19 cases with COVID-19 symptoms are not to return to work until: 1. At least 24 hours have passed since a fever of 100.4 or higher has resolved without the use of fever-reducing medications; 2. COVID-19 symptoms have improved; and 3. At least 10 days have passed since COVID-19 symptoms first appeared. The employer has made 3 of his COVID-19 positive employees come back to work. These employees clearly show symptoms and are still very sick and have not quarantined or finished their quarantine. T8CCR 3205(c)(8)(C). The employer has failed to implement cleaning and disinfecting procedures, which require identifying and regularly cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces and objects, such as doorknobs, elevators buttons, equipment, tools, handrails, handles, controls, bathroom surfaces, and steering wheels, as well as cleaning and disinfection of areas, material, ad equipment used by a COVID-19 case during the high-risk exposure period.
