T8CCR 3203(a)(4) T8CCR 3203(a)(6) T8CCR 3203(a)(7) I have been made to come physically to the office every day to work during the pandemic. There have been no Covid complaint implementations in the office to protect the employees. Nothing was discussed and no safety measures were adhered to. No masks are worn, and there is nothing in the office to protect the employees from exposure. I tested positive for Covid-19 on October 21, 2020. I have essentially been no place without a mask other than work. The HR and many of the other employees worked remotely and when I had asked if I could as well (I am a paralegal) they wrote to me that I could not and that the only position they were inclined to keep me on as an employee is was coming to the office physically. While they understood my concerns with safety and childcare' they would not let me work from home. I felt that if I pushed the issue I would have been terminated. The moment I discovered I tested Positive for Covid-19, I contacted HR, and she told me over the phone "good job getting us all sick." 10 employees, including myself, were exposed in the workplace. I am not certain if they shut the office down once I let them know. I have been struggling with symptoms starting with being relatively asymptomatic to the illness escalating to fever, malaise, fatigue, minor pain while breathing.
