It was reported that employees are exposed to health hazards associated with COVID-19. The employer has not implemented precautions designed to prevent the spread of the virus in the workplace. Employees should be provided with means to sanitize the high touch areas in the workplace, as well as, be trained on the hazards associated with the sanitizing agents, and how to protect themselves from associated chemical hazards. This is contrary to Section 5(a)1 of the OSH Act and 29 CFR 1910.141.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 10
