May 4, 2020 Health: 1. Employees are exposed to cleaning chemical hazards. Employees prepare spray bottle solutions that are used to treat surfaces throughout the building for coronavirus. Safety data sheet and hazard training were not provided prior to using the chemicals. Safety: 1. There are no fire extinguishers. There is no emergency evacuation training. 2. First aid is not available. 3. Employees were exposed to slip and fall hazards during the April ice storm. There was no salt application.
