1) In the outpatient pharmacy, inpatient pharmacy, and POD spinal injury areas the employer has not implemented elements of an infectious disease preparedness and response plan to protect employees against COVID-19 disease to include identification and isolation of sick employees, including practices for worker self-monitoring and excluding from the workplace any employees with signs and symptoms of COVID-19, social distancing in the work areas, and frequent cleaning and disinfection of surfaces. 2) Employees who administer and dilute the COVID-19 vaccine in the outpatient pharmacy, inpatient pharmacy, POD spinal areas are exposed to needle stick and bloodborne pathogen hazards. The employer does not provide bloodborne pathogen post-exposure evaluation and follow-up testing procedures for employees who experience needlesticks.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 100
