1. The cleaning people have been switched several times and each new crew does a worse job than the last. The toilets in the women's room are filthy; they haven't been cleaned in a long time; the toilet seats remain soiled and are simply lifted for the appearance that they have been cleaned; there are black and other colored filth growing around the ring and rim in the toilets; the floor is also never cleaned or mopped; there is dirt and salt build-up. 2. Toilet paper, paper towel, seat protector covers, soap dispensers go empty and are not refilled unless a note is left for the cleaning people to refill. 3. These issues have been brought to the attention of the overseer of the cleaning crew, as well as the in-house facilities maintenance section, but the issues have not been resolved. 4. Employees are concerns about the unsanitary conditions especially with respect to the COVID virus. 5. Employees bring their own personal disinfectant spray and wipes to disinfect their desks and surrounding work areas. 6. Some employees and some customers sometimes do not adhere to the policy of wearing masks when social distancing is not possible among employees and customers (covering mouth and nose).Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-02-22
