'- There are many employees infected with COVID-19 in the workplace but only two or three have been put in quarantine. The rest can continue working and infect others. - There are some employees who have family members with COVID-19 that are not sent home. - The husband of an employee passed away due to COVID-19 that was transmitted by his wife who contracted it at Request Foods. - The company does not take steps to shut down for a few weeks to clean and sanitize to help stop the propagation of the infection. - In the other plant JSP, everyone goes on break together. There are up to two employees per table and the tables are very near to each other. - Employees are required to wear facemasks.
