A COVID-19 pandemic plan has not been developed and implemented for employees to include personal protective equipment, informing employees of possible exposure, disinfecting and sanitizing. Employees are not switching out their personal protective equipment (PPE) after caring for COVID-19 patient. Employees could be infected by the virus through cross contamination. The employer has not been sharing with the employees about the patient who has tested positive for COVID-19.
