Employees could be, or could have been, exposed to the COVID-19 virus in the workplace, due to: 1. Employees who tested positive for the virus and were away from work, in quarantine, have returned to work after only 5-7 days; 2. Some employees do not wear masks, and the wearing of masks is not enforced; 3. Sanitization supplies are not replenished often enough, such that none are available for employees to clean/disinfect their work stations; 4.
