There have been several positive cases of COVID-19 among employees and there is concern for the employees' health: 1. Sanitizing materials are not provided to employees to clean their work areas. 2. The employer does not inform employees of positive cases of COVID-19 so that they can be tested if they were exposed to any of the individuals. 3. Employees are not aware of what, if any, cleaning is being done in the store. The bathrooms do not seem to be sanitized as well as they should be.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-01-26
