1) Employer is not following the CDS's guidelines to stop the spread of the virus COVID-19, such as providing to his employees disinfectant to wipe the common surfaces and hand sanitizer. A possible violation of the OSH Act of1970 General Duty Clause Section 5(a)(1). 2) Employees are exposed to slip and fall hazards due to water coming in from a hole in the celling at the waiting room at the facility . A possible violation of the OSHA standard 29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(ii). 3) Employer is not keeping the storage room clean and not taking care of a hole in the celling that leads to the outside, allowing cats get into the room and urinate the carpet. A possible violation of the OSHA standard 29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(i).Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 15
