Employees testing positive for COVID19 and employer is not following CDC protocols to include; no requirement of usage of face coverings and lack of health screenings (temperature check) upon starting the work shift. Two forklifts utilized at the site lack of appropriate safety mechanisms to include; horns are absent, backing indicator (beeper) not functioning, and lack of seatbelts. In addition, the gas pedal of one the forklifts is getting stuck posing a risk of accident/injury while driving and some of the forklift operators are operating without the required forklift certification.
