Employees working in non-Covid units during 12/21/20 and 12/22/20 came in contact with patients that tested positive. The employer found out on 12/23/20 and 12/24/20, and tested the staff that was on duty on 12/23/20 and 12/24/20. The employer, however, did not trace, inform, test, and quarantine the exposed employees who were off-work on 12/23/20 and 12/24/20. They were instead informed later on, upon return to work on 12/25/20. Testing instructions provided on 12/25/20 were unclear. Workers developed symptoms. Tests came positive. The workers exposed patients and staff. Many of the exposures could have been avoided.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 500
