Employees are at risk of exposure to health hazards from COVID-19, several employees have tested positive for COVID-19: 1. The employer has not implemented or enforced workplace policies, such as social distancing, designed to reduce the transmission of illness between employees. 2. The employer has not enforced policies requiring workers to wear masks or face coverings. 3. The employer failed to properly disinfect facilities according to CDC guidelines after becoming aware of employees who tested positive COVID-19. 4. The company did not ensure that employees that were exposed to persons who tested positive for COVID-19, were informed and required to quarantine according to the CDC guidance. 5. Ventilation in the facility is not adequate to prevent transmission of COVID-19.
