Hazard Description: Employee alleges that employer is not following proper quarantining protocols and requiring employees to return to work prior than they should per CDC and Vermont Department of Health guidelines after co-worker tested positive for COVID-19 on February 9, 2021. Employee states employer is requiring them to return prior to the 7 day waiting period with a negative test result. Employee alleges that employer does not enforce mask wearing of staff.
